Chianti Classico 'Francesco I' is one of the historic products of the Salvadori winery, produced starting from the 2006 vintage.
A red where Sangiovese expresses the best of its characteristics flanked by a soft cut of cabernet, manifesting itself in all its elegance and quality, characteristics that can be found both on the palate and in the mouth.
Vinified in full respect of tradition. Aging in 35hl French oak barrels for about two years.

WINE MAKING AND AGEING: After fermentation in steel tanks, the wine is moved and aged in 35hl French oak barrels for two years.
TASTING NOTES: Fruity hints in evidence and a pleasant spiciness to complete it. Excellent intensity. Rich in aromas of forest fruits. Good freshness and flavor. Fine and well integrated tannins. Persistent.
COLORE: Ruby red that fades to garnet with aging
ABBINAMENTI: Seasoned cheeses, tasty roasts including game but it is with the grilled red meat that it is enhanced.
