The beginnings....
The winery was founded in 1930 by Cesare Salvadori. In the 1970s, management passed into the hands of his son Bruno and his wife Giuliana, who sought to blend traditional winemaking practices with more modern techniques, focusing on innovation and the continuous improvement of quality. From that moment on, the wines began to be distributed worldwide.

The Salvadori team has grown over the years with the addition of dedicated collaborators, forming a close-knit group united by the shared goal of producing high-quality wines and conveying the very best of Tuscan food and wine culture through every bottle.

The present
Today, the winery is also managed by Francesco, who holds a degree in Oenology from the Faculty of Agriculture in Florence and serves as Production Director, alongside his sister Silvia, who holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration and oversees the company’s financial management.
The meeting of past and future gives the winery the strength to face a future full of challenges, new projects, and emerging markets, while always preserving its heritage and maintaining the strong focus on quality that defines it.
