WINE MAKING AND AGEING: In stainless steel tanks
TASTING NOTES: The nose is expressed with hints of cherry and plum, notes of violets. On the palate it is soft, with fine tannins, enveloping and long persistence.
COLORE: Intense ruby, intense and bright.
ABBINAMENTI: Excellent in combination with second courses of red meat and aged cheeses, it is to be tried with filet with porcini mushrooms.
