The alcoholic fermentation takes place in the presence of peels for about 20 days in stainless steel tanks, at a temperature of 24-26 ° C; malolactic fermentation. Aging 12 months in large barrels. The taste is full, round, harmonious, rightly tannic, with hints of red fruits and licorice. At sight it is ruby ​​red with garnet reflections. We recommend pairing with grilled red meats and important roasts, aged cheeses.
