Chianti Classico one of the most famous italian wines. It is produced only in the fields between Florence and Siena. The name Chianti Classico, today identified by the famous logo of GALLO NERO (black rooster), is reserved to wines produced in the most antique origin area of Chianti. It aged in bottles for many years, but it is best if drunk within 1-2 years after bottling. Keep bottles in a cool and dark environment. This wine goes well with pasta and all red meats, either roasted or stewed. Serve at room temperature (18-20°C).
