Chianti Mastro Bruno was born from the assembly of Sangiovese (90%), with Canaiolo and Cabernet. Careful selection of grapes is carried out, decreasing the yield per hectare compared with the production discipline. It produces a very well balanced wine on the palate with a good tannic texture that gives depth and sweetness to the finish. Well match with red, damp meat and seasoned cheeses.

UVAGGIO: 90% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo , 5% Cabernet.
GRADO: 12,5% -13% vol.
WINE MAKING AND AGEING: Fermentation with maceration (skin contact) of about 20 days, held at temperatures between 25° and 28°C. Malolactic fermentation completed in inox tanks where the wine ages.
TASTING NOTES: On the palate it is full, round and harmonious, with and excellent tannic structure.Intense bouquet with berry, cherry and violet aromas and flavours.
COLORE: Deep ruby red colour.
ABBINAMENTI: It makes a perfect match with grilled and roasted meats, aged cheeses.
